Yep, that’s 100% official, in 2014 Square Enix will be releasing Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX! Thanks mostly to the 20 million copies sold of the first HD ReMIX, fans will get to play an upgraded HD version of more Kingdom Hearts while we continue the long wait for Kingdom Hearts III.
KH HD 2.5 will feature 2 full games plus cinematics of another, the same format used with he first one. The games included will be:
The other bit of awesome about this is that this will be the first time KHII and Birth By Sleep have had their Final Mix versions released outside of Japan. So not only are we getting the games in HD we’re getting versions never seen in most of the world.

This is pretty awesome news, and should help to solidify to Square Enix that it is definitely worth the time to make Kingdom Hearts III sooner rather than later. Hopefully this will be some fire under their collective ass and get Final Fantasy XV finished up so the team can move on to their next project (KHIII).
